Glucosamine sulphate and chondroitin sulphate are natural constituents of cartilage tissue with water-binding capacity; they help to maintain the structure, normal function and regeneration of articular cartilage, reduce joint inflammation and pain.

As we age, our body's levels of glucosamine and chondroitin keep declining since the ability to naturally synthesise these compounds decreases.
