Click on ‘Purchase tickets’ in the menu, at the upper right corner and after logging in (Flavon ID and Back Office password) you can select the number of tickets you wish to buy and the currency you wish to pay in. Atfer clicking ‘Next’, on page ‘Summary of tickets’ you can validate your ticket immediately or before the deadline. If you find all data correct, click ‘Finalize my purchase‘. In case of an online payment, you will be redirected to the payment page of OTP Simple/PayU, where you can pay for your tickets by your credit card at once.
The easiest way to pay is via OTP Simple/PayU in HUF, EUR or PLN with your credit card. You can also choose bank transfer.

All purchased tickets must be validated, so each ticket has to have the name of the person who will use it to attend the event. Only those guests can participate whose name has been registered like this. On-site admission and registration will be based on ticket validation; named tickets will not be sent in email.
Click ‘Ticket validation’ on the top menu of the page and log in. Then you will see the purchased tickets that you can validate. After logging in, a red number in the upper corner of the button will indicate the number of tickets that are not yet validated.
If you wish to validate your ticket or you wish to change the name on the ticket, you can do so until midnight, 25 September. This is the final deadline for purchasing tickets, too.
Of course! In this case you can buy tickets to your guests by logging in with your own details. You can purchase up to 10 tickets at once. Tickets authorize guests to enter the event only if they are validated. So please do not forget to connect names to the tickets.
The invoice will be issued to the person who has a Flavon ID and logged in to buy the tickets. So, if for example Test Anna M-XXXXXX purchases 5 tickets, one for herself and 4 for her guests, then the invoice of the 5 tickets will be issued to her.
If you bought for example 8 tickets but could validate only 5 of them until the deadline, the remaining 3 tickets will remain unused. The amount already paid and invoiced will not be refunded.
